How to invite and manage team members

Invite Users to Your Team

How to Invite Users

  1. Go to Team Settings in your dashboard
  2. Click Invite Team Members
  3. Enter email addresses
  4. Select permission level
  5. Click Send Invites

Permission Levels

Admin

  • Full access to all features
  • Can manage billing and team settings
  • Can invite/remove team members

Member

  • Can create and edit content
  • Cannot manage billing or team settings

Viewer

  • View-only access
  • Cannot make changes

Managing Invites

  • Pending invites can be revoked
  • Resend invites if needed
  • View invite status and expiration

Best Practices

  • Use work email addresses
  • Assign minimum required permissions
  • Review team access regularly
