How to cancel your service and what to expect
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Select "Billing"
- Click "Cancel Service"
- Complete the cancellation survey
What Happens Next
- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You'll receive a confirmation email
- All data will be permanently deleted after 30 days
Data Export

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your account within 30 days by contacting support.
